Mission
To assist the Priest in preparing the sanctuary for daily and Sunday Masses.
Activity / Explanation
Sacristans are present 30 minutes before Mass to prepare and arrange sacred vessels and aids for the Mass. They assure that assigned ministers and alter servers are present. Storage of all items after Mass will take about 20 minutes. Other duties will be taught at yearly meetings with the pastor and included in training and printed guidelines.
